About KVIAZ

A structure built for patience.

Most holding structures exist to make an eventual sale efficient. Ours exists to make one unnecessary.

The mandate

What we do, and what we deliberately don't.

KVIAZ was founded in 2016 on a simple observation: good digital businesses were being built, then sold on a schedule set by their financing rather than by the business itself. We wanted to be the buyer — and occasionally the founder — that removed that schedule entirely.

We provide capital, back-office infrastructure, and operating counsel. We do not provide a brand system, a shared logo, or a mandate to cross-sell. A company that joins the registry keeps its name, its team, and its product roadmap. What changes is who it answers to for capital decisions, and how long it's allowed to take to prove an idea right.

We are not a private equity fund. We have no fund life, no committed return date to a limited partner, and no standard hold period. We are not a venture studio. We do not incubate ideas at volume and let a portfolio's winners cover its losses — every company in the registry is expected to stand on its own.

Process

How a company joins the registry.

01

Fit review

We start with a plain conversation about what the founders want long term — not a valuation model. If continued independence isn't what they're after, we're the wrong buyer.

02

Operating diligence

We spend more time with the team, the product, and the customers than with the cap table. Financial diligence happens too, but it isn't the part that decides the outcome.

03

Terms without a forced timeline

We agree on capital, governance, and reporting — and explicitly agree there is no target exit date attached to any of it.

04

Minimal integration

We fold in payroll, legal, and infrastructure where it saves the team real time. Brand, product, and hiring decisions stay exactly where they were.

Leadership

A small team, on purpose.
